Kathy will be supporting the expansion of eXact’s footprint in North America as Director of Regional Sales, executing the highly-valued eXact learning solutions collaborative, and consultative, approach. Kathy has a track record of helping organizations achieve their business objectives, working closely as a trusted advisor to support them in their digital tranformation journey.

Most recently, Kathy was Director of Regional Sales at Xyleme. She has worked with organizations such as: Weyerhaeuser, supporting strategic customer operations; Georgia Pacific, working with a team of sales managers to increase market share in the north-eastern region of the US; MorganStanley, working as a Financial Advisor; and ElementK (SkillSoft), managing a team of sales representatives, helping organizations on the leading edge of digital transformation learning. Kathy joins Robert De Maria, who is focused on Business Development Solutions Architecture. Robert has vast experience of using his consultative approach in technology. He has over 20 years expertise in learning and content management, portals, authoring tools and strategic implementations. Added to this he has vast experience in 3D virtual worlds for learning, informal learning strategies and an interest in emerging use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). He has worked for multinational corporations such as Merrill Lynch and Merck & Company where he was responsible for the corporate-wide business strategies for the use of technology for learning, collaboration and innovation, and aiding organizations in elearning expansion.
